Physiotherapy can treat many musculoskeletal and sporting injuries including:

- Neck pain
- Sports Injuries

- Postural pain and dysfunction
- Seniors including arthritis and osteoporosis
- Post surgery rehabilitation
+ Do I need a referral to come see a physiotherapist?
No, you do not need a referral to come see a physiotherapist.
+ What should I expect in a Physiotherapy Initial Assessment?
Your treatment program will involve a complete and thorough assessment, “hands-on” treatment, a specific exercise regime tailored to your injury requirements and advice regarding self-help pain management strategies. Our physiotherapists also run small group classes in Balance and Falls prevention, and Strength and Conditioning.
+ Can I claim physiotherapy with my private health insurer?
If you have extras you can claim physiotherapy with your private health insurer.
You can claim private health insurance rebates on the day of consultation through HICAPS. Please bring your private health insurance card to your appointment.
+ Do you have HICAPS?
Yes, please bring your private health insurance card to claim your rebate at your consultation.
+ Do you treat TAC and WorkSafe?
Yes. We treat both WorkSafe and TAC clients. We will need a Certificate of Capacity from your doctor and information about your claim.
+ Do you treat Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)?
Yes, however, we do need a referral from your doctor.
+ Do you treat Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC)?
Yes, however, we do need a referral from your doctor.
+ Are EPCs bulk billed?
If you are a Pensioner, Centerlink/Healthcare Card Holder, your EPC will be bulk billed. For others, you have a co-payment associated with your EPC.
